Origami Crow is a passive item in Shattered Symbols, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Moves the active item to the pocket item if Isaac doesn't have one.

If Isaac has no active item, the first one Isaac picks becomes the pocket item.

Gives 2 Broken Hearts which replace Hearts in this order:

Picking up an item that grants a pocket item will drop Isaac's current one.

This item contributes towards the Paper transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac a Half Black Heart every floor, and grant 3¢, 1 bomb, and 1 key for every Broken Heart he has.
